We administer State Government funding for development in regional SA, including initiatives under:
- Regional Development Australia (RDA)
- Mobile Black Spot Program (MBSP).
These key areas of investment are aligned with the Australian Government.

Grant offer for associations
The purpose of the grants is to develop and implement viable projects, allowing recipients to address regional opportunities or issues.

Regional Leadership Development Program 2024–2026
The purpose of the project is to identify leadership development needs in each region, supporting participants to take part in relevant programs. It provides a pipeline of future leaders who represent the diversity of people living and working across regional South Australia.
Funding allocation
$283,500 for each recipient over 2 years, including the indexed value for the second year of this agreement.

Regional mobile connectivity
The purpose of the Mobile Black Spot Program is to co-invest in telecommunications infrastructure, improving mobile coverage across South Australia. This involves leveraging funding from telecommunications providers and the Australian Government through its MBSP.
