myPIRSA portal
Accessing online services
myPIRSA is the home of PIRSA's online services.
You can locate services by clicking on a topic or using the search feature. When you find the relevant service, click 'launch service'.
Some services require you to log in with a myPIRSA account. You may also be prompted to apply to use some restricted services. When you log in to myPIRSA, services that are available for you to use will appear in the myServices menu.
For security purposes you will be logged out of myPIRSA after a period of inactivity. To continue you may need to log back in.
Register for a myPIRSA account
Register for a myPIRSA account
- Go to the myPIRSA portal.
- Click on 'register' (top right of screen).
- Complete all mandatory fields.
- Acknowledge the terms and conditions.
- Click 'Register' to submit the form. A verification email will be sent to your nominated email address.
- Go to the email and click the verification link. You will be directed to a verification confirmation web page.
- On the verification web page, click the log in button and you will be directed to the login page.
Apply for restricted services

- Register for a myPIRSA account.
- Use these account details to login to the myPIRSA portal.
- When logged in, locate the restricted service you wish to access.
- Click the 'Apply for this service' button.
Approval process
Applications for some services can be approved automatically – you will receive an email within 30 minutes, and the service will become available to you. It will display as an 'Approved service' in your account.
Some services require verification and approval by a PIRSA representative. During this time, the service you have applied for will appear as 'Pending approval' in myPIRSA. When your request has been reviewed, you will receive an email informing you of the outcome. If your application has been approved, the service will then be available for your use and will display as an 'Approved service' in your account.
Reset your password
Reset your password
- Go to the myPIRSA portal.
- Click the 'log in' button (top right of screen).
- Click on 'Forgot your password?'.
- Enter your email address and click the 'Submit' button. An email will be sent to you containing a security code and validation link.
- Go to the email and click on the validation link. You will then be emailed a new password.
- Log in to myPIRSA with your new password.

- Log in to the myPIRSA portal.
- Click on your name (top right of screen), then select 'myProfile'.
- Click on 'Change your password'.
- Enter your current password and click 'Continue'.
- Enter your new password and click 'Change Password'.
- Click 'Continue' on the screen confirming your password has been set.
- Log in to myPIRSA using your new password.

- Log in to the myPIRSA portal.
- Click on your name (top right of screen), then select 'myProfile'.
- Click on 'Edit your account details'.
- Update your details and click 'Save'.

myPIRSA is optimised to run on computers, tablets and mobile phones but a computer is recommended for the best user experience.
When accessing myPIRSA, we recommend using:
