The importance of AgTech for South Australia
South Australia's primary industries are vitally important to the state. The agribusiness sectors support 152,000 jobs and contribute $19.7 billion to the state's economy.
Supporting innovation and advancement in the field of AgTech is essential to increase the productivity, growth and sustainability of primary industry sectors in our state.

Primary Industries and Regions SA (PIRSA) presented the inaugural AdvanceAg, South Australia's first AgTech showcase, on 24 February 2020 at the Adelaide Showgrounds.
South Australian AgTech Strategy Draft Event
A draft of the South Australian AgTech Strategy was presented on 16 July 2020 at Stone & Chalk in Lot 14, and via webinar, by the AgTech Advisory Group.
