Minister's Recreational Fishing Advisory Council

The Minister’s Recreational Fishing Advisory Council (MRFAC) represents recreational fishers in South Australia.

MRFAC works with the Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development to meet the needs and interests of recreational fishers, and provide feedback and advice on recreational fishing development, initiatives and policies.

The MRFAC website has been set up to let recreational fishers know what's happening in the recreational fishing community. Visit the website for information on:

MRFAC election

Four new members of the council have been named following an independent nomination and election process.

The new publicly elected members have been appointed until 1 July 2023.
