Speakers Dr Roma Aloisi and Anthony Hart (Lifeback Tracker) and will deliver powerful stories and share the tips and tricks learned on how they bounced back when confronted by their own mind health challenges. You will learn how to:
- Spot the signs that a mate might not be feeling so great
- Take '4 steps to better mind health'
- Access community resources for support
- Use tips and tools to improve your physical and mental health
