The SA History of Agriculture Photo Collection contains around 6000 images of historical or scientific importance. They have been primarily sourced from photos taken by former Department of Agriculture people.
The collection can be searched by topic, region, industry or location using the search engine provided below.
Photos are displayed as a thumb nail image along with a description of the image and other information available about the image. Most images can be downloaded as an original scan. Should you wish to use the image for incorporation into another document, permission must be sought from PIRSA.Webmaster@sa.gov.au
Related images held by State Library
A substantial number of related images are held by the State Library and can be accessed via the Libraries of SA website.
