The Australian Wine Research Institute (AWRI) is a private company owned by the Australian wine industry and it’s mission is to advance the competitive edge of the Australian wine industry through the delivery of world class research, development, extension and service activities.

Grape and Wine Research and Development Corporation
The Grape and Wine Research and Development Corporation (GWRDC) supports the growth of the Australian wine industry by planning and funding collective research and development (R&D) programs and then facilitating the dissemination, adoption and commercialisation of the results throughout the industry.

Wine Australia
Wine Australia (formerly known as Australian Wine and Brandy Corporation) is the Australian Government authority responsible for the promotion and regulation of Australian wine and brandy. They provide information about the wine sector including information on the diversity of varieties, styles and regions of Australian wines. Wine Australia also oversees the development and implementation of export market development strategies and promotional programs on behalf of the Australian wine sector.

Wine Grape Growers’ Australia
Wine Grape Growers’ Australia (WGGA) is the peak industry body for Australia’s winegrape growers. WGGA contributes growers’ perspectives to national industry policies and strategies, advocates for the grower sector with government, and provides better industry data and information for growers.

Winemakers Federation of Australia
The Winemakers Federation of Australia (WFA) is the national peak body with voluntary membership representing more than 95% of the wine produced in Australia. WFA aims to provide leadership, strategy, advocacy and support to the Australian wine industry.
