Ulli Spranz is Managing Director of B.-d. Farm Paris Creek, the biodynamic-organic dairy business she and husband Helmut established in the Adelaide Hills after migrating from Germany in 1987.
The family company produces local, award-winning premium organic dairy products such as milks, yogurts, quarks, butter, handcrafted artisan French-style soft cheeses and European-style hard cheeses through retail networks Australian wide and exports to countries in Asia, the Pacific and the Middle East.
B.-d Farm Paris Creek is recognised nationally for its commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency and Ulli has won numerous personal awards, including Rural Business Woman of the Year in 2010, Asia Pacific Businesswoman of the Year in 2008, and finalist for the 2009 Telstra Business Woman of the Year. In 2015, she was inducted into the Australian Businesswomen's Network Hall of Fame.
