The strategic priority of Premium Food and Wine from our Clean Environment aims to take South Australia's food and wine industry to new heights, both locally, interstate and across the globe.
Ultimately, the goal is to influence behaviour and increase the position and profile of South Australian premium food and wine, both at home and abroad.
A Discussion Paper has been developed to introduce Premium Food and Wine from our Clean Environment to industry and stakeholders.
This publication is designed to present the current thinking on how Government, industry and the community can work together to foster growth in the South Australian food and wine sector.
It is intended to stimulate discussion and feedback and start working towards establishing South Australia as a preferred supplier of premium food and wine products.
