Legislation

The principal legislation for which PIRSA has administrative responsibility through the Minister for Mineral Resources Development, Minister for Urban Development and Planning, Minister for the Southern Suburbs, Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries, Minister for Forests, and Minister for State/Local Government Relations is included in PIRSA's Annual Report as Appendix 1.
