Legislation

The principal legislation for which PIRSA has administrative responsibility is through the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Fisheries; Minister for Forests; Minister for Regional Development.

Information on legislation is included in PIRSA's Annual Report as Appendix 1.  The current information is for the 2010-11 financial year. The Minerals and Energy Resources Divisions, The Olympic Dam Task Force, and the Investment and Strategic Projects business unit transferred to the new agency DMITRE from January 1, 2012.
