SEO, EIR and ESA Reports

Copies of current Environmental Impact Reports (EIRs) and Statements of Environmental Objectives (SEOs) prepared by licensees are contained here, grouped in types of regulated activities (see links in the left hand menu bar).

Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Regulation 14 requires SEOs to be reviewed at least once in every 5 years. If this review identifies that a revision of the document is required, the document will be revised by the licensee and resubmitted for consideration by PIRSA. Copies of superseded SEOs are available on the "Archived Reports" page (see links in the left hand menu bar).

Copies of Environmental Significance Assessments undertaken by the Petroleum and Geothermal Group (based on the EIR) to classify the environmental impact of proposed activities can also be found here.
