Information, guidelines and determinations

The following documents are currently being developed or revised to include the provisions of the amended Mining Act and revised Regulations under the Act that came into effect on 1 July 2011. 

PIRSA recommends that you refer to the Mining (Miscellaneous) Amendment Bill 2010 and Mining Regulations 2011 for a comprehensive overview of the new laws that came into effect on 1 July 2011.
