Background
A number of potential value adding opportunities were identified that could have potential application to increase the economic returns from South Australian potatoes and meet changing consumer demands. This project works in collaboration with the SA Potato Industry Trust to undertake market research to prioritise the best bet value adding options for fresh potatoes.
