Olives
SA olive growers have money deducted from the sale of their olives to support market development, branding and promotion activities for the olive industry.
This money goes to the Olive Industry Fund and the contributions are collected by olive processors.
PIRSA manages these contributions in accordance with the Primary Industry Funding Schemes (Olive Industry Fund) Regulations 2009.
