Notice of Intent to Enter Land for PRELIMINARY Petroleum Exploration Activities  (.doc)

Template prepared by PIRSA in accordance with Part 10 of the Petroleum Act 2000. PIRSA encourages licensees to use this template as the basis for preparing notifications to landowners of intended entry to their land to conduct preliminary petroleum exploration ativites. This template is primarily aimed at providing the Department of Environment and Heritage with appropriate notification for reconnaissance surveys and for Work Area Clearance activities, for native title or heritage purposes and environmental survey, within regional reserves.

PIRSA encourages licensees to use this template as the basis for preparing notification to landowners of intended entry to their land to conduct petroleum activities. This template is primarily aimed at providing detailed information to landowners as required by Regulation 22 of the Petroleum Act.
