Declared plants in South Australia, October 2012

Every landowner in South Australia has a legal responsibility to manage declared plants. They are plants that are regulated under the Natural Resources Management Act 2004 (NRM Act).  Declared plants are significant weed threats to our state’s primary production industries, natural environments and public safety.

For information on the plants declared for enforced control in your area, please contact your regional NRM Board, or phone NRM Biosecurity on 8303 9620.
