National Sheep Health Statement

The National Sheep Health Statement aims to help producers minimise the risk of introducing sheep dieseases including Ovine Johnes Disease (OJD), lice, footrot, and Ovine Brucellosis onto their property.

It is to be used for all sheep transactions into and within South Australia including sheep sent directly to slaughter.

Download two copies of the National Sheep Health Statement, May 2009 (PDF 208.9 KB) for signing. One copy is to accompany the consigned sheep and the other copy must be retained for traceability.
