The South Australian aquaculture industry provides a wide range of premium products. The quality of farmed seafood in this State is second to none, and consumers can be confident that the South Australian product meets stringent controls.

Traditionally, South Australia has been renowned for its wild seafood production. However, the State is now quickly becoming recognised for the quality of its farmed seafood.
