Browse the People section by selecting the buttons on the left hand column of the screen, to find the Oral Histories. These were commissioned in 2003 to record the experiences and reminiscences of key contributors to the department’s history, including former ministers, directors and staff.
The Life Stories submitted from people involved in the Department, make interesting reading. The Advertiser Obituaries acknowledge people who have made significant contributions to Agriculture in SA, and finally the Ministers List comprises the Ministers responsible for Agriculture since 1836.
